Competition Rules
Please read all rules carefully before participating in the INGENIOUS competition.
- Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Teams must consist of 1-4 members from the same institution
- All team members must be currently enrolled students
- Faculty members may serve as advisors but cannot be team members
- Projects must be original work created during the academic year 2024-2025
- Projects must address a real-world problem or innovation
- The solution must be functional with a working prototype/demo
- Projects must be in one of the listed categories
- All code and assets must be properly attributed and licensed
- All submissions must include:
- Project proposal (PDF, max 5 pages)
- Working prototype or demo
- Source code repository link
- Short presentation video (max 3 minutes)
- Submissions must be made before the deadline
- Late submissions will not be accepted
- Innovation and Creativity (25%)
- Technical Complexity and Implementation (25%)
- Impact and Practicality (20%)
- Design and User Experience (15%)
- Presentation and Documentation (15%)
